We don't limit user sessions

A lot systems put limit for which one user can only have one login session, in MaNova, we don't limit sessions, which means you can have as many session as you want, wherever you want. Even in same computer, you can have multiple separate instances of the logins, even for same user.

For repair shops, you could setup many workstations, not limit to the front counter for cashier. As a service managment system, collecting payments and making receipts are only a small part of whole system. Most time you use it for checking and updating status, adding notes etc. So, it will be handy if you have access to MaNova at your bench or other working area.

Also, if you want cut cost, you could share user licenses for techs. The downside is you will loss some tracking information, for example, if there is a mistake, you might not be able find out who did it.
