System Requirement
Client Side
- No special requirements, any computers with Microsoft Windows Operation System, including: XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10
Server Side (on-premises version)
- Supported Operation Systems: Windows 7, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2014
- Windows Server 2008 R2 recommended
- Supported SQL Database: SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008, SQL Server 2008 R2, SQL Server 2012
- Express version or Higher, Standard version recommended (Express version is FREE)
- SQL Server 2008 R2 recommended
Printer (required)
With receipt and label customization, you could use any receipt and label printers. Below are the default settings.
- For Receipts:
- Any printer with letter size paper
- For Tags:
- DYMO LABELWRITER 450 or Higher Model
- Label size 1 x 2-1/8", type 30336

Auto Call Integration (optional)
We integrate with Voicent Gateway products to provide a reliable and affordable solution for your needs. The cost is about $800 for initial setup, plus your monthly phone bill.
For using Auto Call system, you need:
Voicent Gateway:
- Note: Voicent has lot products come with gateway, our integration only needs the gateway
- The Text-To-Speech plug-in is also suggested, because the default TTS engine from Windows system is not good enough. See Detail...
- You could buy the voice after you purchase the TTS plug-in. listen the voice sample before you purchase.

Phone Lines:
- Support land line, Skype and VOIP SIP phones

SMS Integration (optional)
We integrate with Clickatell to provide affordable solution for you. Their packages start with $10 a month for 500 messages.
TAPI Integration (caller id, optional)
We support standard TAPI devices to grab caller ID and make phone calls directly from our software.
If you're using Land-Line, you need some hardware to convert your phone to a standard TAPI device
